It's possible you have been assigned to the couple of accounts that seem to have a lot of work (SR).
A person would never be assigned a ton of accounts and therefore if we had a few accounts that consistently run out of work or get downloaded sporadically throughout the day, then we have a lack of work during our scheduled shift. Also, there is work that regularly gets sent to other MTSOs, even if the directly hired ICs do not have enough work.
You are very fortunate to have sufficient work.
You are also very fortunate to not have had any run ins with a certain supervisor. For the most part, QA, workflow, and technical support are all great people to deal with.
