for all sorts of interesting "mistakes". You will actually be docked payment of an ENTIRE report plus a PENALTY FEE, even if your mistake is one item in a report. Yes, I said that correctly. You will be docked THE PAYMENT FOR AN ENTIRE REPORT.
Anyone who starts new with this company should ask for ALL previous correspondence and documentation regarding these rules. There are many.
Keep in mind, there is no actual QA ratio system at this company. They will never pull a designated number of reports or pages of finished work per pay period and do a quality check based on specific parameters. Their biggest concern is the demographics page of a report.
