I too am curious what is going to happen when everyone is out of PTO, unpaid hours, etc. It will have to be addressed by MModal. We can't invent work if it is not there and it is sometimes impossible to try to make up the time if there is no work, no matter how hard we might try to do so. I literally sit at my computer and wait for work to come in (I have my personal computer close by so I'll get on Facebook or whatever) but I'm looking back and forth constantly for a job to come in. It is wearing all of us out. I'm looking for something else. I just wish we would get answers to what is going on, but of course we won't.
