One MTSO I worked for required 125 lph for straight and 250 for SR. The one I work for now requires 150 lph for straight and 225 lph for SR. Is this what you are asking? Reasonable depends on how good the dictators are, the quality of the SR platform, work types, familiarity with the account, etc. With all the stars aligning I can average around 150-200 lph straight and 275-325 lph SR or anywhere in between if everything isn't perfect.
