Like most Class Action suits, the lawyers get most of the money.
I know people who were involved in one with one of the "biggies" and all they got was a year's free subscription to that organization that supposedly is for the MT. And maybe a couple of discounts on research books--I'm going back a ways, when many people still valued an actual paper book as a tool.
So, if you're hoping to get any monetary value out of this, forget it. If it's a "principal" you're waiting for, then you can hold your breath and wait and see.
