That one isn't a problem. You just type it the way it was dictated. The only time I questioned a dictator's language was when he started swearing (not under his breath, stated as dictation). I was told at that time, if he swore as a direct quote of a patient's comment, I was to type as dictated. If it was just him being frustrated and swearing "just because", I could do the first letter of the word/s and ... afterwards to have the word represented. The opinion of the person who advised me was that swearing when it's not quoting a patient isn't appropriate for a legal document and doesn't have to be verbatim. Your situation was so mild that it's not something to wonder about.
