They're wondering who is going to replace us? NOBODY. Nobody is going to pay for schooling to do this job and then find out that all they can make money-wise is minimum wage or a little above it. It's always interesting how articles like this always seem to skirt the issue of the abominable wages we make for this skilled work. Not to mention the treatment that these MTSO's dish out to us. Always pointing out the most minuscule error. Docking the already poor pay. Giving just 5 days of PTO for EVERYTHING. Sick leave, holidays, etc. In other words, no vacation time for you! The other "benefits" that totally suck. It's a bad deal and people aren't stupid.
