From workload/workflow, to MT schedules and changes of same, NJA policies, unrealistic swap board, but most of all a team account manager, performance coach, and a time analyst!!!! Give me a break. All of that for a team without enough work. What a waste of resources!! From what I have seen, besides PC, all the others do is send out endless e-mails and metrics, motivational speeches, and of course the recipes!! And they get paid for this!!
