They only take care of the higher ups such as Scott and Noel.
I do not see why they couldn't at least give us a 3% raise each year. It is not like it would be a lot of money since most of us hover around minimum wage.
My thinking is if you cannot give your employees raises but yet you take huge bonuses that you are not a moral person.
