Well, the MTs have plenty of them...take your pick: Horrible dictators, mush mouthed ESLs who cannot pronounce words to save their own lives, poor audio, and just plain typos that in no way actually affect patient care (the majority). Like I said, these "errors" can easily be corrected but THEY ARE NOT....they are just left alone because it's too much work for anyone to call the facility and get it corrected-- and more importantly, Nuance NEEDS us to make those errors in order to increase their profits. If they gave a crap about quality/fixing the errors, they would do it. THEY DO NOT!
