the problem/complaint is that EVERYONE makes typos. Yes, it should be pointed out to the MT. However, the fact that QA caught it means IT CAN BE CORRECTED IN THE REPORT. So how is it fair to then penalize financially the MT?
Nuance NEEDS the MTs to make these kinds of errors so pay can be docked. Plain and simple.
