If I told you how they came up with the quality scoring protocol (and how it violates well-established principles of quality measurement) you'd either cry or die laughing. Let's just say that the Incestuous Ladies Club of Fresno, who had no expertise in this area, basically just winged it. We could start with sampling and after that it all becomes really deplorable.
It's good that they changed their name, perhaps in a momentary spasm of honesty, but whether you call the Mafia "the mob", "Cosa Nostra" or "the family", it's still the same bunch of gangsters.
