Question for MTs who have been here awhile . . . - poorMT

I'm seeing a lot of posts from people who have been doing this job at least 10 years now, saying that MM is making them feel incompetent, worthless, etc. Does everyone feel like that? I've been here 12 years, and they DO seem to nitpick. Sometimes it's my fault, though. I know this place sucks, but I was just wondering what were the biggest complaints.
