15 plus for me. However I was able to raise my kids, help my husband through school and get almost done with school myself. I graduate in May and plan to start a new career where my experience and knowledge will be appreciated instead of treated as a liability. There is no reason that I should be making less money now than I did when I started 15 years ago but apparently in Mmodal world I am supposed to accept that. I don't and that is why I am getting out. They have not raised the tier rates in over 10 years and obviously have no plans to do so.
