That is how I feel most days! Dance as fast as you can but be nearly 100% perfect in your work, and no for the umpteenth time, you cannot get a cost of living raise, and just deal with the poor audio. So just shut up and keep working" That sums it up for me. It is especially frustrating when you get no raise yet they tell you how great the company is doing, what New accounts we have gotten, when you see photos of their employees in TN attending parties etc, and all we get is work faster, better, longer! There is NO Teamwork, NO incentive, NO pats on the back. Oh we do have MT Month! Yippeee, no guarantee you will win anything, but you can take your chances!
