How wrong is that when someone doesn't get a raise in 16 years? They can cram their tier levels where the sun don't shine, if there is room left! No cost of living raises, but yet the suits get bonuses every year so they can live high on the hog while we are not able to make ends meet on their pathetic pay. They want the experience but aren't willing to pay for it.
