A bit over 8 years now. At first I loved it, but it feels over the past 3 yrs the screws have been getting tighter and tighter. You know if they would pay better I would be more apt to take the pressure a bit better. But when you keep asking me to do more, do better, and do it faster, but when I ask for a small raise each year and keep getting turned down, I'm not so willing to want to help you when you S*** on me. does that sound unreasonable? over the past 4 years when I've asked for a raise I've been told "you have reached the maximum allowed" So no cost of living increase? Yet the company is doing so well they are Hiring!? I'm on my way out soon.
