If the doc gave the DOB and it matches the ADT, he could have just read it off the ADT like us and it still could be wrong. Maybe only the age dictated is right. We have no way to verify any of the ADT info, even if dictated. AND ITS NOT OUR JOB TO VERIFY THAT!
