Haven't been doing this quite as long as you but at least over a decade. It's like you can't win. I got docked an entire point and failed an audit for "FAILURE TO FLAG." The dictator stated the wrong age of the patient, but I checked the ADT screen and put in the correct age; yet I got docked because I didn't make a note of it? Seriously???? And when I asked my superiors about it, all I heard was crickets . . .
Almost wish I'd get fired too.
