It's simple, the MT has done all the heavy lifting. By the time QA gets to it we have a fresh ear and you have put everything surrounding the blank into context.

Also, we may have heard the particular dictator many more times than you have because we have done QA from a bunch of different MTs who had the same problem.

We don't have better sound. I do both QA and editing and the sound is identical.
