I made note of things that just could not be deciphered and questioned them about being able to fill in the blanks with words that did not even sound like what was blurted out. They told me they have better sound quality and the reason we did not is because it would be too expensive to provide that quality to the MTs. What I don't understand is why we are demeaned for their failure to provide decent audio.
