OOW and plan - all smiles

The information was passed along to me that I can submit an OOW plan to my TSM, and if she approves, it stands. So, I submitted a plan that I would flex, and thus flexing is okay each time I want to flex.

I get paid for every 15-minute OOW clockin I noticed, but I don't abuse it.

Generally, the shortest TAT is 2 hours, so if I want to flex, I come back and check every 1-1/2 hours.

If I don't want to flex I just note that in the OOW e-mail I send.

I too will not be chained to the computer for a few hours work.
