I started there at 4.5 and 0.9/line, but after watching my pay go DOWN over the ensuing 6 years, and after receiving 5 QAs at 100% with the phrase "any questions?" in my email, I said "yes, how about a raise?" Well, I got 0.024/line raise and incidentally discovered that each time you change platforms, they can decrease your base rate.........HUH? Bye-bye iMMoral! I'm now somewhere else (VA! yeah!) and love it. So, NO, they're probably the worst company you can ever work for.
