Is it a lot? Of course PTO for part time positions is not done anywhere else.
I stay because I know my account and that is huge for productivity. I also do not intend to be an MT for much longer so there is no sense in me switching companies. Once in a while I may get paid more on the grid at Nuance so that is nice when it happens. If I am told I will be moving to a new account, then I would immediately prepare my resignation letter. I don't think anybody in the MT world receives yearly raises except for the CEOs and the like.
