do and pay the absolute minimum they can get away with. PTO is minimal, health plan is horrible/expensive, there is no such thing as bonuses anymore - you are lucky to make minimum wage plus maybe a bit more -- that's your bonus if you do.
Instead of yearly raises, there are yearly (usually in Dec) "exciting" changes that ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS mean a sneaky way to reduce pay further.
I, like the other poster who replied, am just staying PT bc of the hours I can work while in school to get out of this miserable "profession."
