do you get in your hours if no work comes in later (flexing). Sorry...I am confused. I need to meet my minimum hours (part time) and cannot guarantee there will be work later. I have had to take many new accounts the last 2 months because of this. Now I am afraid they are going to offer acute care which I have never done. I don't know if I can refuse this because I have never done it or if I HAVE to take it. Any suggestions?
