This isn't 20 years ago. This is now. Many hospitals REFUSE to pay more than 13 cpl, some less than that. The only ones who might be able to get more would be Nuance and Mmodal because they have the staff to back up their costs.
I have 4 hospital accounts, 13, 11, 11, 10. Yes, one pays 10. I got it after losing out on a bid last year. I make 0.05 a line on that one after I pay the MTs and the equipment charges.
This isn't 1999 anymore folks. Competition is fierce and that drives down the price.
