If a company agrees to take on a large hospital account such as this person is implying, they should already have the hardware, software, interfaces and implementations in place, or they should not be seeking accounts such as that. That is THEIR cost of doing business, and in this case, they are trying to make the IC pay for it! We need to work and make a decent wage, just as much as they do. Why should the IC be expected to pay for their "equipment" by being given low wages?
