Lump of coal in stocking time. I work for a small MTSO and have been notified that in order to keep our large client they had to contract at a lower line rate *thanks* to competition - and we're going to have a 10% pay cut.
I can't afford that. It would mean I'd lose about $200 a month!!!
I have to work at home as we have a special needs child - otherwise I'd be out applying in the community for another line of work because I'm sickened with these lowering wages and increased costs of health insurance to us.
Are there any decent companies out there left with line rates available out there with decent priced health insurance for a MT with 30 years of experience?
