MTSO in a way was at least kind enough not to sell out to the "big guys" like so many others have. You're also lucky you had notice of a pay cut. Nuance moved to a grid payment plan a while back without notice and most are losing upwards of $1000 and more per month. Maybe you can pick up something PT to supplement?
