Quitting a job is expensive. It takes forever to get up to speed at the new job. So have you tried other things to speed up your work. Do you use an expander (other than Autocorrect)? if you do not, that is a start. If you use an expander, can you learn how to type faster using that? Saving Keystrokes is a book that has tons of ideas for speeding up your typing using your expander program. Can you learn to make better macros? For example, typing the letter "c" that goes to the beginning of a sentence, capitalizes the word, and then puts your cursor back where you were typing. A one-letter macro that inserts a line. A one-letter macro that deletes a line. Typing faster (and accurately) might get you through this and keep you in your familiar accounts. Good luck with whatever you decide.
