They will let you hang on for a month, maybe longer if they think they can milk it, making you stress the entire time. Your TSM may talk nice and promise she understands and she will look into everything (take into account more reports or less, take into account harder dictators or lack of work, etc). They allow you lower % for this time going up each week, but as soon as you get a handle on it and seem to be back to top wages they will set up a meeting with HR. You will NOT be allowed to say anything if they decide to let you go. You cannot give your side of the story or anything.
