OOW situation. I've been on this one account for over a year. It's a horrible account and I would LIKE to see it go away. Then they can lay me off because I'm not quitting. They ARE paying UI.
But seriously, why would it take so long for an account to go to EHR and/or offshore? All I hear is that we are "training" the VR, blah blah blah...yet here I am with this same crappy account that won't GO AWAY!!!
