Depends on pay grid - Fedup

It depends on the pay grid you end up on. It isn't openly stated, but there are multiple pay grids. Around December 2014, Nuance had the wonderful idea of multiplying our lines on my account by 0.88, so if we typed 1000 lines, we would only be paid for 880. That didn't go over well and was cancelled when the legality of it was questioned, so the next pay grid that came out for my account was a pay cut for all lines.
