Why is it that I can work my butt off and keep my line count graph fairly level and then I get 1 bad report and it plummets and is nearly impossible to get back up, even if I'm going at the same pace as before the bad report. It's so frustrating and destroys morale. They should just remove it altogether because I think it does more harm that good.
