I understand completely - had 2 Major errors in 1 report edited by someone not American, and both were mistakes on the editor's part.....one changed "femoral" to "humeral" - and the patient had a broken leg.....the second one changed 15-year-old "sophomore" player to "softball" player - it is not softball season in high school and the player broke his leg playing football.....what a mess!!
