Most of what we understand is understood by the context. Numbers are more difficult because there is no context to use. There are no tricks.
It may be more difficult for you if you do not speak American English. I think that may be part of your problem because you use grammatical constructs which are incorrect in American English, i.e., "to get sure." Got and get are not used that way.
Another problem may be that you are slowing down the recording instead of speeding it up.
