Softscript Question - concerned MT

Is it normal to have over 7 different accounts? The work flow has severly slowed and everytime I had asked my production manager, they would just give me another account. I would have to spend time learning account specifics, only to find that account had no work flow. To make things worse, she is no longer responding to my emails regarding being out of work. What do i do?
