When you call to make an appointment but don't have the time to devote to it and don't know your schedule, it's outrageous for the business to which you initiated the call to just list the available time slots but not bend over backwards and ignore all the other calls they're getting to help you figure out what you want to do, even though you don't know your schedule and have no idea which of the available slots would work and didn't have time to do it but called anyway.
