Forgery on Medical Documentation - Victim MT

I know one company that outsources work to India and Pakistan and has every single one of their foreign MTs working under a fake "American" name to cover up the outsourcing with their clients.  In addition, all of these foreign MTs are signing medical documents after they complete with the fake name.  What is even worse is that none of the doctors or patients are even aware that their information is being sent to a terrorist country like Pakistan or to India.

(Is it just me, or is forgerty not illegal in today's world?  Did I miss something?)
