Is this company MModal? LOL. Sounds like something they would do and do quite regularly I might add. I see the same name on all dictations that I look at for reference or a doctor's name for a certain site, and as far as I know they have never been convicted of anything, but turn in that company. If nothing else, might make their lives miserable for a change instead of their MT's lives.
