The clients have every right in the world to know where their patient's information is going and how it is being handled. Doctor's have a responsibility to protect the privacy of their patients, and if they don't even know where the report and patient information is being sent, how can they protect their privacy? It is sickening how most doctors and facilities have no idea what is going on. When you go to the doctor as a patient, ask them if they know where your report and information is going. I think you will be shocked at how little they know about the chart.
