I was just searching jobs and unexpectedly stumbled upon an MTSO's to-client charge. They had three tiers: 10 cpl, 13 cpl, and 18 cpl (the highest charge being for STAT reports). They claim their rates are a 25-50% savings off average transcription rates and that they are U.S. based and use 100% US transcriptionists. They offer overnight turnaround, so perhaps this is a clinics-based MTSO? They integrate with EMR systems.
