what the mtso charges their clients including the biggies. If they're paying the MT 0.03 to 0.07, if you assume that they would have to have a 150% markup to cover their expenses and allow for a profit margin, then they would have to be charging 0.075 to 0.18 to the client (and I think that's a conservative estimate). so if an independent IC charges 0.14, they might consider it a bargain.
