I don't know if all platforms have the same OOW policy, but I know we have what is called a POC team (the ones above my TSM) that we have to notify along with the TSM. Of course, then we get crap work that we've never done in our lives. If you have to, you could always use Spark to contact someone on a POC team and ask them, letting them know you are OOW and cannot contact your TSM. If she's not in, you should have a fill-in TSM as well. Just cover your butt and send IM and e-mail as I'm sure they would find some way to keep from paying you by saying it's your fault. Good luck! OOW seems to be the new norm.
