I wonder how that's going, having to ask permission to flex and make up time? Nothing has been posted about it since the rules came down and some were upset. Are the new rules being enforced or can you just flex when you want? No real difference on my accounts, so hard to tell.
Re the conference calls, they may be verbal warnings about not meeting metrics. It happened to me.
