I think you probably knew the answer to your question before you asked it. You must be familiar with Andrews to know that they teach to both the CPC and CCS and that the CCA is worthless. The answer is obvious.
go out to the money tree, get $4,000, enroll in Andrews and all your dreams will come true. However, to most mortals the CCS is not obtainable without some work experience, so shoot for a CPC first, see if you like coding and then go for the advanced credential. Having never worked as a coder, you won't know until you get your first job, you may end up hating it.
