the job is needed. The majority of people who are working at Nuance do so because they need the job, at least until something else is found. If there are people who work here because they have nothing better to do, that number is very likely limited. While the pay can suck, UE is most often a percentage of what one makes. It is sad that people allow their (justified) anger at the company overpower their compassion towards the people working there.
