getting a hold of the Leaves Department. I sent them and email and never heard back. I contacted HR who forwarded my email to the Leaves Department, but still no answer. I ended up only taking off less than 8 days so the FMLA did not apply (it kicks in after 8 days). I only had less than two days'worth of PTO so most of my time was taken as unpaid time off. My TSM approved it on my time clock so I guess I'm okay. I have my doctor's note in case they come back later and want an explanation for all the unpaid time off.
