I don't believe anything I am told until it happens here. I was told, in writing, when I was hired one thing, but that certainly is NOT the case. "Two accounts only, so one can become proficient." MY FOOT! What lies. Pay decreases due to their "new" compensation plans EVERY year, no increase of 3%..nothing. Nothing for MT week. Nothing for holidays. I have had like 20 accounts now.. IMO, this company and the managers, all are the same, only out for themselves, just takers in the wheel of life.
